Project Coordinator for On Tour, a series of Professional Development Seminars taking place annually in dance communities around the country. Work included gathering data, development and implementation of course offerings, selection of seminar leaders, training of staff, on-site coordination, evaluation and presentation of findings to Board. Implementation of June 06 Spring Council Conference in Chicago and Moderation of Dance Working Group Open Forum in New York in January 08 (Arts Presenters).

 

Bates Dance Festival -

Serve on the Faculty for this internationally recognized summer program and on the organization’s Advisory Council. Prepared several applications for program funding initiatives.

 

DancePartners -

Served as grantwriter and provided project guidance for an ongoing collaborative program which builds community through an alliance of technology and the arts across the barriers of economics and distance.

 

Open Studio: the Arts Online -

Wrote successful grants to the Benton Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts for a three-year Web training and mentorship program. Served as project coordinator, working with 17 artists and 23 arts organizations.

 

Jerome Foundation -

Conducted five-year evaluation of Foundation's giving policies in Minnesota and New York City through research, moderation of community meetings, survey analysis and interviews. Facilitated Board retreat.

 

Intermedia Arts -

Wrote four-year strategic planning grant to the Lila Wallace Reader's Digest Fund program for exemplary Community-based Organizations. Facilitated Board and program committee meetings for the above project, as well as provided follow-up reports.

 

Florida Dance Association -

Prepared applications to the National Endowment for the Arts Education and Access category (with Bates Dance Festival). Also strategized the creation of long-range plan with the Association's Board.

 

Artspace Projects, Inc. -

Through a rural arts development grant from the Bush Foundation worked with Cornucopia Arts Center and Commonweal Theatre Company in Lanesboro MN , on organizational development, facilitation of board/community meetings and strategizing capital campaign.
